My Story
With over 15 years of experience in professional kitchens and a deep background in nutritional science, I’ve spent my career helping people reconnect with food in a way that’s both healing and joyful. I believe that what we eat should not only nourish our bodies but also bring us energy, comfort, and confidence — especially when our health depends on it.
As a certified nutritionist, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients — many managing diabetes, weight loss goals, or chronic inflammation — and I’ve seen firsthand how food choices can transform health outcomes. As a chef, I’ve always looked for ways to turn those choices into meals that are exciting, satisfying, and easy to make at home.
