Crispy Air Fried Chicken Breasts

Yield: 2 servings | Prep time: 10 minutes | Cook time: 20 minutes | Air fryer mode: Bake

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, then coat them with the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Air fry for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve with your favorite side dish, and enjoy!
